Described before it is listed
Region, board revision, completeness, grade, print run. The things you would ask about on the phone, written down on the lot.
From a seller with a name
Every lot says who has it — a shop trading as a business, or a private seller — and where they are, so you know who you are buying from before you pay.
Shipped, or collected in person
Have it sent, or collect it in person where the seller offers that. Fragile and high-value lots are often better collected.
